According to our clients, one of the main values of our service is that we support their goals with complex thinking but a drive for simplicity. We start by trying to understand every problem, question and goal from the client\u2019s point of view, and then use our professional experience to translate it into accounting and financial solutions.<\/p>\n

We work as one team, with an overview of how the company operates, across several areas at once: accounting, payroll, tax advisory and audit are not separate silos here. No two companies are the same, so we do not offer a ready-made package but a solution built around how you operate. We work both in our own Kulcs-Soft accounting software and in the client\u2019s own system, for example SAP Business One, and we adapt to the parent company\u2019s reporting expectations, formats and deadlines. Day-to-day communication and the reports are available in English and in Hungarian alike.<\/p>\n

For some clients we take over the entire finance function, for others we act as chief accountant, and elsewhere we work on one clearly defined task. The form of cooperation is always agreed together, and it changes with the company as it grows.<\/p>\n

We are proud that we support our clients\u2019 operations on several levels.<\/p>\n

Every year we hold the MGI-BPO Tax Conference, where our specialists present the latest tax and financial changes in a clear, practical way. Our regular business breakfasts give an opportunity for personal contact, for sharing knowledge and for discussing the questions that come up.<\/p>\n

A stable team you can count on for the long term<\/h2>\n

With a financial partner, continuity is a value in itself. Our firm has been operating for 25 years, and many of our colleagues have been with us for ten years and some for twenty. That means you are not working with people who change from year to year, but with a team that knows your company\u2019s history. Alongside your dedicated contact, several members of the team understand how your business runs, so an absence or a change of personnel does not throw the cooperation off balance.<\/p>\n

We have professional indemnity insurance, which is also set out in our contracts. In addition, through our international network we regularly have to meet MGI\u2019s quality control processes. That external, independent control is a further guarantee of the standard of our work.<\/p>\n

We work as a paperless office. We receive and hand over documents and records through an encrypted, password-protected online platform, in an order agreed in advance. The completed financial statements, returns and reports are available digitally and can be retrieved at any time, so you always know where the process stands and you can reach the finished material.<\/p>\n

Smooth day-to-day communication<\/h3>\n

Every client has a dedicated contact person, but we work as a team. If someone is on holiday or off sick, your questions still get answered. Fast response is a principle here: you can reach us by phone, e-mail and Teams from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., and we reply to every enquiry within one working day at the latest.<\/p>\n

Working together on your decisions<\/h3>\n

We do not just keep the books; we think things through with you. Before a major decision, such as an investment, an increase in headcount, a dividend payment or a transformation, we are glad to go through the financial and tax effects before the decision is made, rather than afterwards. If we see a risk or an opportunity, we say so, even if you did not ask.<\/p>\n
