Last year, two of our colleagues reached an important milestone: both Ildik\u00f3 Kov\u00e1cs and \u00c9va Sz\u0151ke\u2011Solymosi have been strengthening our team for two decades. Through their work, personality, and professional dedication, they have become defining figures in the history of our company.<\/span><\/h3>\n

Long\u2011term commitment is a rare value today, and we are proud to celebrate two colleagues who have grown with us for twenty years, shaped the organization, and provided stability for both our clients and our team.<\/span><\/p>\n

We begin by sharing the professional journey of Ildik\u00f3 Kov\u00e1cs<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

20 Years with Us: The Story of Ildik\u00f3 Kov\u00e1cs<\/h3>\n

Spending 20 years at the same workplace is a true rarity nowadays. We are proud that our colleague, Ildik\u00f3 Kov\u00e1cs, has been contributing to BPO\u2011TAX Ad\u00f3 \u00e9s K\u00f6nyvviteli Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 Kft. for two decades with her expertise and reliability.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ildi is an indispensable member of our team as a payroll and HR specialist.<\/span><\/p>\n

Reaching such a milestone is a perfect moment to look back to the beginning, talk about changes along the way, and explore how one can remain motivated, enthusiastic, and professional throughout twenty years in the same workplace.<\/span><\/p>\n

How do you remember the early days? What was your first day like?<\/h3>\n

I vividly remember my first day at the office on Nagy Lajos kir\u00e1ly \u00fatja. At the time, there were only a few of us, and the whole place had a very family\u2011like atmosphere.<\/span>
\nMy first day was mostly about getting to know the payroll software and receiving detailed information about my responsibilities \u2014 a lot of new details at once, but it was exciting to get insight into how everything worked.<\/span>
\nWe also went for a team lunch, which really helped ease the first\u2011day nerves. Even then, I felt I had joined a great team.<\/span><\/p>\n

What was the first task or project that truly stuck with you?<\/h3>\n

One of the first significant tasks I received was taking over the payroll accounting of a company with great responsibility. It meant a great deal of trust, as payroll requires precision and involves sensitive data.<\/span>
\nThis task taught me a lot professionally, but it also boosted my confidence: it reassured me that I belonged here and that the team counted on me.<\/span><\/p>\n

What has kept you at the company for 20 years?<\/h3>\n

The continuous opportunity to grow. There was always a new challenge or goal that encouraged me to move forward.<\/span>
\nAnd of course, the strength of the community \u2014 it feels good to work in a place where you can build for the long term, and where your work truly matters.<\/span><\/p>\n

What has changed the most in your profession since you joined?<\/h3>\n

Technology has changed the most. Tools, workflows, and the pace of work have transformed significantly.<\/span>
\nYet the fundamental values \u2014 quality, reliability, and cooperation \u2014 have remained just as important as ever.<\/span><\/p>\n

Is there a result or moment you are particularly proud of?<\/h3>\n

I am especially proud of the advisory tasks where I could provide real support to our clients. It feels great when we not only solve a specific issue but also help make their operations safer and more transparent in the long run.<\/span><\/p>\n

I also enjoy developing and improving processes. I like thinking in systems and creating solutions that provide a stable foundation for daily work.<\/span><\/p>\n

I have also participated as a speaker at several MGI\u2011BPO tax conferences and business breakfasts.<\/span>
\nBut perhaps I am even prouder of the moments when I could support the development of junior colleagues and watch them grow into successful professionals.<\/span><\/p>\n

How do you see your role within the team?<\/h3>\n

I believe I am a stable point within the team. I aim to support our work with experience, calmness, and a solution\u2011focused approach.<\/span>
\nIt is important to me not only to complete my tasks but also to contribute to the team\u2019s effectiveness.<\/span><\/p>\n

What do you enjoy most in your day\u2011to\u2011day work?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The variety and the cooperation.<\/span>
\nEvery day brings something new, and we can always find solutions together. It is rewarding to see the tangible results of our work.<\/span><\/p>\n

What keeps you motivated even after 20 years?<\/h3>\n

The fact that there is still room for growth.<\/span>
\nProfessional curiosity, new challenges, and knowing that my work creates real value.<\/span>
\nThe energy of the team also inspires me \u2014 it\u2019s great to work in an environment where we move forward together.<\/span><\/p>\n

What are you like outside of work?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Besides work, conscious recreation is important to me. I love painting \u2014 creating helps me slow down, relax, and see the world from a different perspective.<\/span>
\nYoga is also part of my life, as it helps me maintain balance and inner peace.<\/span><\/p>\n

And my 12\u2011year\u2011old boxer dog is a true source of joy.<\/span>
\nPlaying together and experiencing simple, honest moments always reminds me how important it is to be present in the moment.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you had to sum up these 20 years in one sentence, what would it be?<\/h3>\n

\u201cThose 20 years have been a professional journey filled with continuous development, shared successes, and valuable human connections.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
