Until now, employers used this booklet to record details about their employees\u2019 social security status and healthcare entitlements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What Will Change?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All this information will now be available digitally through state-run systems. Employers will send the required data electronically, so the authorities and pay offices will always have access to <strong>up-to-date, accurate records<\/strong>. This makes administration faster, more transparent, and more efficient for everyone involved.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Less Admin for Employers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Companies will no longer have to <strong>fill out, store or manage<\/strong> TB booklets. The change is part of a wider government goal to <strong>reduce administrative burdens<\/strong> for employers and improve digital public services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why Is This a Good Move?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The old TB booklet didn\u2019t always give a full picture \u2013 for example, it often missed some types of work (like self-employment) or certain benefits (like sick pay, maternity benefits, etc.). The new system helps to avoid these gaps and ensures <strong>more complete and reliable records<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>One More Thing to Note<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>So far, we haven\u2019t seen any <strong>official legislation<\/strong> about this change, and the <strong>exact date<\/strong> when it will take effect is still unknown.
