What determines the audit fee?

There is no standard price list and no per-head price, because the amount of work is determined by the size and the complexity of the company: the balance sheet total, the revenue, the number of transactions, the subsidiaries, the reporting framework (Hungarian rules or IFRS), and whether this is a first-year or a recurring engagement.
