What is the One Stop Shop (OSS)?

OSS is an EU scheme that allows the VAT on distance sales to consumers in other Member States (B2C) to be settled from the seller’s own Member State, in a single return, above a single combined threshold of EUR 10,000 a year. It means a webshop does not have to register for VAT separately in every country of destination.
