Péter Kiss
HR Generalist
As an HR Generalist at MGI-BPO, Péter Kiss is responsible for managing performance evaluation systems, recruitment and selection processes, as well as comprehensive HR administration. With more than seven years of experience in the HR sector, he has developed extensive hands-on experience across the full HR spectrum, from performance management and recruitment to HR controlling and strategic planning.
Péter began his career at Central European University, before spending six years at Ventil Épületgépészeti Kft. as HR Manager and Controller. In this role, he managed the HR operations and a HUF 600 million budget of a 100-person business group with an annual revenue of HUF 6 billion. Subsequently, he worked as an International HR Executive at Miki Travel Kft.
