We have been preparing for years to do our job we safely as possible, but without paperwork. There are still legal limits to this, but fortunately there are fewer and fewer. Because of this, our office cannot be totally paperless, but we are close to that.

Communications

We conducted surveys and based on the results, the primary form of contact for our Clients is email, followed by phone, but people-to-people contacts are also important. During the COVID-19 pandemic, video conferencing dominated, which also proved to be a very well-established method of communication. We do our best to answer all questions as soon as possible.
