In early March, London hosted the 2026 MGI Talent Meeting Europe, an event organized by MGI that brought together more than 100 young professionals from various European countries.
The two‑day event focused on communication, soft skills development, leadership competencies, and international networking.
From our office, four colleagues had the opportunity to attend the MGI Talent Meeting Europe 2026 conference: Zsuzsi (audit), Zsuzsi (accounting), Balázs (accounting) and Laci (accounting). They shared how they experienced this unique professional journey.
Zsuzsi (MGI‑BPO Audit): From Fear to Confidence – and Genuine Connections
For Zsuzsi, the MGI Talent Meeting Europe 2026 was preceded by excitement mixed with a bit of uncertainty: Would she fit in? Would she find people to have meaningful conversations with?
All her concerns disappeared on the very first evening. She experienced honest, deep conversations and encountered open, supportive participants — connecting with others turned out to be surprisingly easy.
In the end, the experience energized her not only professionally but emotionally as well. If she could, she would go again — without hesitation.
Laci (MGI‑BPO Accounting): A True International Melting Pot and a 100‑Person Challenge
For Laci, the MGI Talent Meeting Europe 2026 was far more than just a conference: it was a truly international professional environment where the shared network instantly created a foundation of trust.
The highlight for him was an intense team‑building exercise: in 90 minutes, 100 participants had to complete 90 different challenges.
He found it fascinating to witness how people from so many different backgrounds worked together — in a high‑pressure, real‑time situation and under tight time constraints.
After the professional programs, there was still time to explore London, which became the perfect end to the weekend.
Balázs (MGI‑BPO Accounting): Stepping Out of the Comfort Zone and Gaining Lifelong Experiences
For Balázs, the MGI Talent Meeting Europe 2026 was a true turning point: he practiced public speaking, joined round‑table discussions, and deepened his knowledge of client communication through real‑life examples.
Thanks to the supportive and open community, new connections formed easily. Alongside the professional sessions, he also explored London — a city he believes everyone should visit at least once.
Zsuzsi (MGI‑BPO Accounting): Returning to the International Scene – With New Perspective and Greater Confidence
Five years after attending the MGI Talent Meeting in Paris, Zsuzsi once again stepped into the world of international conferences — this time with stronger language skills and greater confidence.
This year, the organizers intentionally supported networking:
• ice‑breaker questions during the welcome dinner,
• an interactive session on soft skills and building client trust,
• round‑table discussions on effective work organization,
• and the challenge of the large team game made up of 100 tasks.
Zsuzsi returned home with a wealth of practical tips, new perspectives, and valuable professional connections.
