Efficient Support for Everyday Financial Administration

One of the most difficult areas to manage in a company’s operations is the practical side of finance. Not necessarily because of the numbers themselves, but because financial information is often scattered. An email here, another one there, separate notifications from the accountant, separate bank transfers for taxes – and meanwhile, the ongoing questions remain: what has already been paid, what hasn’t, and how much has the company paid in taxes overall?

It is easy to forget deadlines, fall behind with transfers, or simply lose valuable time searching for payable items again and again.

The MGI‑BPO VIP Software

This is why we developed our own VIP software over 15 years ago, which underwent a complete renewal this year. The updated version meets today’s expectations, is available in both Hungarian and English, and is fully usable on mobile devices.

In the system, all taxes and public charges are displayed in a clear, structured format. Information does not arrive separately via emails but is available in one interface, searchable and transparent. If a client manages multiple companies, there is no need to handle them separately: with a single login, all companies and their full financial overview are visible at once.

Continuous Financial Control

The system shows not only the amounts that need to be paid monthly or annually, but also the total amount of taxes paid by the company in a given year. This provides genuine insight, not just administrative data.

Fast and Error‑Free Transfers

From an operational perspective, one of the greatest advantages is the simplified handling of bank transfers. There is no need to manually enter payment details into online banking systems or double‑check account numbers.

The system is able to generate bank import files supported by certain banks, which can be uploaded directly into the net banking platform. Transfers can thus be initiated almost in a single step. This not only saves time but significantly reduces the risk of errors.

Automatic Notifications for Payable Items

Clients receive automatic email notifications about payable items at intervals they can set themselves. Until a payment is completed and confirmed, the system continues to remind the user. This is more than a simple reminder – it is a reliable safety net operating continuously in the background.
