Talent Meeting 2025 – Connections, Growth, and Experiences in Lisbon
At MGI Worldwide, supporting young professionals is a top priority, and the Talent Meeting perfectly reflects this commitment. Across MGI Worldwide member firms – including MGI-BPO – both young talents and experienced colleagues can gain valuable practical and professional insights, whether in technical expertise (hard skills) or the essential interpersonal skills (soft skills) needed for effective collaboration.
This year, a team of four represented our firm, coming from both audit and accounting. More than 100 young professionals from around the world gathered to learn, exchange knowledge, and build international connections. The conference was opened by our managing partner, László Killik, who also serves as the President of MGI Worldwide, setting the tone for an inspiring and dynamic event.

If an event offers professional development, international networking, and the chance to explore an amazing city, then the MGI Talent Meeting is the perfect opportunity! This year, Lisbon provided a stunning backdrop for this inspiring gathering, bringing together young professionals eager to learn, exchange ideas, and step out of their comfort zones.
The event kicked off with a welcome dinner, creating a relaxed atmosphere and helping everyone feel more comfortable the next day. Throughout the program, we attended exciting sessions, including a personality analysis workshop led by a coach and insights from an AI expert on how to use tools like ChatGPT effectively in our work. Small group workshops allowed us to discuss industry-specific challenges and gain new perspectives. The structured seating arrangements ensured that participants engaged with people outside their own companies and countries, making networking even more impactful.
The event was exceptionally well-organized – from the conveniently located hotel near the airport to the seamless logistics of the conference itself. After the official program, we had the chance to explore Lisbon, enjoying its sunny, vibrant atmosphere as a perfect way to wrap up our experience. We took the iconic funiculars, attempted to hop on the famous Tram 28 (though the long lines made it tricky!), and, of course, indulged in the legendary Pastel de Nata.
Overall, it was an incredible experience – if you ever have the chance to attend, don’t hesitate! It’s an opportunity for both professional and personal growth, and it’s guaranteed to be an unforgettable journey.
